My Tinytag Radio data logger is showing a low battery warning after battery replacement

A Radio data logger's battery voltage is checked once every two hours. After a battery replacement, the low battery warning shown in Tinytag Explorer will only disappear after the battery voltage has been checked again.

Tinytag Radio data loggers can still show low battery warnings after their batteries have been replaced because their battery voltage is only checked once every two hours.

To clear this warning, the data logger can be left until the next battery check, after which the low battery warning will disappear. Performing a Current Reading on a data logger will also clear the warning.

If the data logger still shows a low battery warning after more than two hours have passed, please contact us or contact your supplier for further assistance.
